BRAND AMBASSADOR PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
KAYAdog Creations actively supports the advertising and promotion of its products through chosen and respected members of the pet community.
This document lays out the terms and conditions for your role as a Brand Ambassador for KAYAdog Creations. By applying to become a Brand Ambassador, you agree to the following conditions:
1. Products Endorsed:
Endorsed products refer to those sold under the KAYAdog Creations brand, exclusively available for purchase on the KAYAdog Creations website (KAYAdogCreations.com) and not through third-party vendors or independent retailers.
2. Ambassador Requirements:
As outlined in the Ambassador Requirements section provided during your application and on your Ambassador dashboard, you must:

For U.S.-based Brand Ambassadors, the territorial scope is limited to the United States and its territories. International ambassadors operate within their respective countries.
4. Promotion of Endorsed Products:
Ambassadors must promote Endorsed Products in line with authorized use and product label guidelines. Approved promotion channels include personal websites or blogs, non-spam emails to contacts, and platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Ambassadors must create social media content aligning with KAYAdog Creations' style, characterized by a light, outdoorsy, bright, and colorful aesthetic.
5. Prohibited Content:
Ambassadors are barred from posting content deemed:
Ambassadors hold KAYAdog Creations harmless for any liability arising from using or promoting Endorsed Products.
7. Relationship:
This agreement does not establish an employer/employee or employer/contractor relationship.
8. Confidentiality/Use:
Ambassadors must maintain confidentiality of shared information, with any breach leading to termination and legal action.
9. Intellectual Property:
Ambassadors grant KAYAdog Creations unlimited use of all work produced during their ambassadorship. They also permit the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes.
10. Term and Termination:
The agreement is effective from the first day of enrollment into the Brand Ambassador program for one year, automatically renewing on an annual basis unless terminated with 30 days' notice.
11. Governing Law:
The agreement is governed by Georgia law, with disputes subject to jurisdiction in Rockdale County.
12. Commission Credit:
Ambassadors earn a 10% commission on Net Sales from their marketing efforts, paid via PayPal 30 days after the originating purchase. Commissions are voided for self-purchases or fraudulent activities.
13. Removal:
KAYAdog Creations reserves the right to remove Ambassadors from the program.
14. Modification:
Changes to the agreement will be communicated with a 30-day notice. Continued participation after changes implies acceptance.
15. Entire Agreement:
This agreement supersedes all prior discussions and constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.

- Follow @KAYAdog_Creations on Instagram and actively engage with their content and community.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Refrain from sharing discount codes on coupon sites, with immediate termination from the program and loss of store credit as consequences. Additionally, comply with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, including anti-spam laws like the CAN-SPAM Act.

- Excessively violent or derogatory towards any group.
- Promoting illegal substances, weapons, or unsafe activities.

- Inconsistent with KAYAdog Creations' positive image or violating laws.
Ambassadors hold KAYAdog Creations harmless for any liability arising from using or promoting Endorsed Products.
